    They're both great but I'd go with Swedish Fish. They don't hurt your gums if you're sensitive with the acidity of the sour stuff.

    i like sour patch kids, but the reds are my favorite, which are the Sweedish fish flavor, only with sour stuff. so i really don't know!!! i guess i have to go with sour patch kids because i love sour stuff, even though they aren't really sour.
