Stinking Bishop....but finding it in America is difficult because it's totally raw milk and teaming with bacteria. I love it.....and so does Wallace and Grommit!!!! Raw milk cheese RULES!!!!

Camembert, it is made here locally in Camembert village second Brie or Rochfort, Stilton, cheddar, Red Leicester, Pont L' Avec (Very smelly)
