What is the difference between corned Beef and Pastrami?!
Corned Beef grew up South of the Tracks and led a corny, tough childhood filled with cheese and kraut.
Pastrami lead a dry upbringing leading to a "rye" sense of humor and a love of pickles.
Sadly, after the hot mustard lawsuit of 2004 the two cured meats haven't been speaking to each other.
I hope that this helps. I think that they are coming for me. I gots to go.
Answers: This is a classic "Nature vs. Nurture" debate.

Corned beef and Pastrami have very different origins but are very similar in preparation.
Corned beef was meat that was dry cured with 'corns' or grains of salt, hence the name.
Pastrami is where the meat was preserved by a combination of salt rub and air drying.
Not much except seasonings and preparation.
I love pastrami. It's leaps and bounds better than corned beef.
Like beef is very tender and good &pastrami taste like hotdogs tha are so salty but good.
Corned beef and pastrami are usually the same cut of beef but corned beef is cured (soaked in salted, seasoned liquid)in a seasoned brine. pastrami rubbed with salt and seasoning paste and is dry-cured smoked and cooked.
