Oh yeah, I ate one per week for my entire first pregnancy and gained 45 pounds!
On a serious note though, I think it was the bread, cheese and steak that made me gain the weight. Watermelon was a yummy treat, but not very high in calories.

Also working out with weights while eating high carb, high protein will help you to gain weight healthily as well as it will help you gain weight in muscle not fat
i heard eating chocolate and bread at the same time helps to gain wieght, im not sure though
