Answers: a box of candy for $1.99 or 2 boxes of candy for $4.00?

It will depend upon rounding, and if use a cash or a cash card.
12 @ 2 for $4.00 = $24.00, any method.
12 @ $1.99 = $23.88 cash card, $23.90 cash with rounding.

I really do not get your question. If you round $1.99 up to one cent that is $2.00, and your asking which is better? Your paying the same price for a second box. One box for $2.00 or two for $4.00? $2.00+2.00=$4.00

It is a 12 cent difference if you buy the box of candy over the 2 for $4.00

you will save a whole 12c by buying singular...

It would appear $1.99/box, however, include tax in the total, possibly, and if that's not right, buy popcorn, which should be as obvious as the answer to the question...happy christmas!

Is this a test?

r u serious?!. . .

dont have to rack your brains over 12cents. instead ensure the candies you are buying are fresh and tasty.
