What is an easy to make healthy and filling vegetarian dish?!

Question: Fried Vegetable Sub Sands!! Yummo!!! Just get some Extra Virgin Olive Oil, some really good sub bread, whole wheat if you like it better. Some Egg plant
Zuccini
Ocra
Leaf Lettuce
Tomatoe's
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Parsley
Some really good quality tasting "Italian Bread Crumbs"...I buy Walmart's cheapest Italian bread crumbs, because I've tasted their expensive ones and these dont hold a candle to the ones that are cheaper for some reason! And there just by: Great Value, like the generic type. Oh and you'll need eggs, unless you know of a way to get those bread crumbs to stay on without the eggs. Okay, here's what you do, take and slice and gut all of the vegeez, that need gutting. Get three bowls out and a frying pan......Put some EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) in your frying pan set aside. In one of your flat type of bowls, put the eggs whipped, then in one of the other bowls you'll need flour, and the other the bread crumbs.. Okay after you whip the eggs just add some water just a tad. Then whip again for a second or two. Dunk all of the slices beginning with the flour mixture, then the eggs, then ending with the bread crumbs, preheat your frying pan burner to medium-low heat. place however much you can fit on your frying pan on there. Until Golden brown. place a paper towel on a platter sized plate. To soak up all of the EVOO afterwards, off of all of the fried vegeez. Then, take and add some EVOO on top off both sides of your sub bread, then take a smashed clove of garlic or two and just rub across both sides of the sub breads, and then layer one side of the sub bread with as many of these "Fabulous Vegeez" on the one side as you can fit. Place top over it, (you can take the sub bread's and get them Golden brown over a warmed pan with the EVOO on them if you choose to to make them toasty if you like, first then add the fresh Garlic cloves afterwards) this is good to! And then once your top is on, just slice to a slant all the way down your sub, so you can have several peices of your sub, and can save a slice or two for lunch leftovers tomorrow. You can take and slice-up some cleaned-up pototaoes, in some really healthy sized slices, and cover them with some EVOO to, and take and season them really good before your Vegeez are done, and add some really good sea salt and place them in an oven at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour......While all of your vegeez are cooking and then you have some homemade french fries to go with your Vegee Sub Sands!! This meal will be so Delicious you will be wanting it again really soon I promise you!! Enjoy and Happy Eating to you & yours!!! Smile!!!

veggie lasagna... so good!!

when all else fails make ceasar salad. that stuff is amazing.

try the site below:

combine grain and protein. i'm not sure about fancy meals, but simple things like these will keep you feeling filled. for example, combine rice and beans (with a bunch of seasonings) rice and eggs, bagel and cream cheese, nut butter and english muffin/toasted bread, or oatmeal with nut butter or nut, will keep you very satisfied.

eggs generally keep you filled, especially the yolk part, but eating too much of it isn't good, so keep it down to one egg a day, or you can eat one yolk and lots of egg whites. but generally, just combine grain and proteins like beans, eggs, nuts, cheese, will keep your belly satisfied.

Broccoli Rabe is a delicious iron rich vegetable that must be boiled until tender, removed, dried and then sauteed in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, ready minced garlic ,< found at most supermarkets>
or fresh garlic if you preffer. After a quick sautee, the rabe' can be eaten by itself or used as a filler in vegatable lasagne, put over pasta or liguine.
