Im scared to eat a sandwhich?!
Answers: Im scared to eat sandwhiches. For the past four months I have only eatin oatmeal, brown rice and veggies with tofu and fruit. And I lost a lot of weight and now my mom wants me to gain and she says I have to start eating a sanwhich everyday or so for lunch. I have Sprouted flourless bread in the freezer and I know its healthy and I dont know why im scared to eat a sandwhich.
I know I seen on TV that someone was afraid of pickles. Isnt there any other way that you gain a little weight other than eating sandwiches, I mean u could get some protein powder which help you gain muscle mass instead of pure fat!
Were you ever attacked by one?
why dont you just try the stuff that goes intot he sandwich? like sandwich meats and stuff.
Sprouted flourless bread? I would be scared too. Why not just get some thin sliced wheat bread. Ask a diabetic the difference and then stay away from cheese mayo and catchup. Wheat with mustard some meat and letuce maybe a tomato slice.
Something about white bread turns to sugar and wheat does not.
try with a simple white bread sandwich with butter. Then add cheese, later try different types of bread and butter and then .... THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE !!! Pb & J sandwich Try it im a digestologist
Fear of particular foods is not uncommon but it is something that you should consult a doctor about as it can rapidly get out of hand. Best of luck.
Don't put bread in the freezer! leave it out and sealed. buy a bag of dempster bread and add lettuce some steak and tomatoes and some mashed potatoes! yum try it dear delicious.
I don't think it's the sandwich you're afraid of, or even the bread. It's what's in between. Maybe you are afraid to gain weight. Even more so, you are probably reluctant to put anything less than healthy in your body. You could have even, possibly, become accustomed to not eating meat(vegetarian). Either way, do what makes YOU happy. If you like what you see in the mirror, then continue with whatever it is that you're doing, but be careful not to starve yourself. Depending on your height, the average person needs to consume around 2000 calories. So, it's obvious that when on a healthy diet, you need to be eating more often throughout the day ( about 4 meals with snacking in between).
