Why should I drink milk?!

Question: Why is it such an important part of a diet?

Answers: Why is it such an important part of a diet?

You don't have to unless you just like the taste. There's no reason it's essential - try soymilk or almond milk you might like the nutty taste better. Lots of juices have added calcium too - just as much as a glass of milk.

PS: Look at some statistics sometime - countries that drink the most milk have as much as or more cases of osteoporosis than countries who drink hardly any.

Very healthy, lots of good stuff, cold!

For calcium. Makes your bones stronger. I HATE milk but make it up by eating cheese.

As you get older, your bones become more weak if you don't get enough calcium. Milk is a good source of calcium and can help prevent osteoperosis (which means weak bones)

It also goes good with cookies!

To make your bones strong of course.
And of course, it goes better with cereal than water.

You are right!
The international Dairy conspiracy is a modern evil that all right-thinking people should oppose!
Cows? Evil lunatics pretending to be fluffy dolphins, I say!
Calcium can easily be absorbed via cheese at the end of a bloody good lunch (As I remember saying to the waiter at the Goring Hotel only five hours ago).

calcium and it makes ur bones stronger and ur teeth whiter and stronger as well.

Its good for you
Havent you ever heard of those Got Milk?
they always mention strong bones and calcium.

Oh good question and I am amazed that you do not know the answer..... Vitiman d is good for bones...

You shouldn't. Most people are lactose intolerant (but they don't know it), and non-organic milk is really scary. The main nutrient milk has is calcium, but you can get that from a lot of other sources.

osteoporosis.
