You should be fine it was from lamb is less dangerous raw than pork or chicken and ive eaten some raw chicken before if your that worried drink alot of water or call your doctor
see a doctor! this could be serious.
Im not sure about lamb, but chicken can be deadly if consumed raw, if you did come in contact with the blood see a doctor imediatly!

You will know soon enough when your stomach starts hurting. Not much you can do about it now.
YES, YOU CAN GET E COLI, OR ANY OTHER DISEASE. I WILL HAVE YOUR SELF CHECK AT THE ER OR AT YOUR DOCOTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU SOME MEDS TO PREVENT THE SICKENSS.
GOOD LUCK
AND NEVER DO THAT AGAIN PLEASE

first off kid, u gotta learn not to panic, just drink lotsa water to dilute whatever bad stuff in your stomach, hmm, i think the lemon u swallowed would have neutralised the harmful effect of raw meat juices, so i think u'll be alright. if you have a bad stomach, let it all out then see how it goes, if it continues, u would have to go visit a doctor.
The biggest danger from Lamb is Listeria and that is generally a problem with only the elderly and the very young...ie. people whose immune systems are not very active. Many people eat lamb quite rare, in some of the more fashionable restaurants it is served very rare indeed. Rare chicken and pork should be avoided at all costs..especially chicken, but beef and lamb can be bloody and still safe so I doubt that you have done yourself any harm..especially as lemon juice does chemically "cook" the meat it is in direct contact with.
It is a fallacy to think that anything raw will make you ill. Until quite recently (and still in many places in the world) consumption of raw beef was very popular. Ever hear of Steak Tartare? Even today both steak and lamb chops are often served "bloody rare" - really just browned on the outside and warmed up a little bit.
Before you panic and run down to the ER with no symptoms at all and they charge you $500 while laughing you out the door, here are some things to keep in mind about bacteria.
The surface of everything is covered with bacteria. The average human body contains something on the order of 67 trillion cells and you have 14 or so resident bacteria for each one of those 67 trillion cells. (Used to teach anatomy & physiology.) They BELONG on you - "normal flora" - and have a primary role in helping defend you from more harmful bacteria.
Meat is of course also covered in bacteria, but much of those bacteria are the same as the bacteria that already reside on or in you. There are a couple of harmful ones (assuming that you do not have a suppressed immune system) like E. coli O157 (mostly beef) and Salmonella (chicken).
The E. coli 0157 is a specific strain of E. coli and it is not on all meat everywhere, just meat that has been contaminated by it, often beef from large feed lots. It is a problem mostly with hamburger - the contaminated chunk of meat goes into a grinder with hundreds of pounds of uncontaminated meat and is then all ground together, resulting in a mash of E. coli 0157 meat. Before you panic, remember that E. coli is normal flora to every mammal - including you. It plays a huge part in digestion. Just keep your hands away from your mouth till you have washed them after handling raw burger and cook your burgers to the well or very well done stage.
Salmonella is not normal flora to mammals - but it is to chickens. Make sure that you scrub your hands well with soap and hot water after you've handled chicken and really scour the cutting board & knife you used, as well as anything else that touched raw chicken. I go so far as to keep a special inexpensive cutting board that I use for nothing but chicken. When you cook or eat chicken be careful that there is not a hint of pink. No rare chicken unless you want to be deathly ill!
Last, but hardly least, lemon is highly acidic and it retards the growth of many common bacteria. There actually is a "cooking" method that uses lemon or lime juice to "cook" various types of fish/seafood.
