How long can I leave a jelly sandwich out and still eat it?!

Question: I made a jelly sandwich yesterday (just bread and jelly) and brought it to work but didn't eat it and left it there overnight, unrefrigerated. Do you think it's still good to eat today? I know that bread can be left out for days, so the bread should be fine - what about the jelly?

The sandwich should be OK.
As we all know, jelly should be stored in the refrigerator (after opening) because if it is stored in the cupboard, a mold starts to grow on top.
I don't think your sandwich has been un-refrigerated long enough for a mold to grow.

It will be fine

Yeah but the crust might be a bit hard.. But heck eat it Jelly in the little containers for toast are always left out for long time.. It's good

no because the jelly would hav gone sour and the bread would be goin stail

It's probably still ok. I've eaten old PBJ sandwiches before. I guess you can eat them as long as your teeth are harder than the bread is.

Try it, and see what happens. If thirty minutes pass, and you don't get stomach cramps, then it's okay.

You didn't say if the sandwich was in a container.
If its in a container, it is totally fine.
I make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for my son for school everyday. We leave the jelly out on the counter. He dont like it cold.
If the sandwich is not wrapped up, then the bread will be HARD !
