Work or school lunches what to bring?!
Answers: no allergies , dont like bananas and want to cover all 4 food groups , microwaves are available
I almost always go for a whole wheat sandwich (try leftover fried chicken with avocado-mashed-in-lime-juice), veggie sticks (carrot, cuke, celery or any combo thereof), and a piece of fruit (usually mandarin orange or a washed apple). Top it off with milk or yogurt, and you are set. During winter, I often take in an instant-soup packet and make it up in my tea cup.
a lean cuisine meal (there are sooo many) and your favorite fruit or yogurt
different types of sandwiches. once in a while fried rice.
