1 percent milk is good along with low fat cottage cheese, mayo, miracle whip.. there are alot of foods that have low fat and taste good. its more of what you like and it doesnt hurt to try something at least once. i am a diabetic and dont have alot of choices.

I agree with Madison, LEAN cuisine tastes GREAT. Sometime I still feel hungry after eating one though

Doritos, Nacho cheese, soda and a candy bar uuummmhhh YUUMMMYY!!!!

I like the healthy choice (lean cuisine is okay too) but be especially careful with both, as they dont always list egg products (some time they dont list them at all because they are in a secondary ingredient). I also buy from the health food section of either the supermarket or the regular health food store.... ever wonder tho... if you can buy health food in a health food store, what exactly are you buying at the supermarket?

fruits, nuts, some vegetables, coffee without cream, rice, granolas. That is all I can think of.
