Stop eating junk??!
Answers: when ever i eat a chocolate bar or chips or somehting i feel horrible-in both ways. like i want to get skinny, and so i fell bad that way(even for weeks after) and i feel like i'm going to through up too. i'm not unhealthy at all. any one have anytips or stories or comfort or just anything?? thx.
you sound young. everyone wants to have the perfect body. i had bulemia for a few years and then made a change. if i was you, i would sit and think about the term "everything in moderation"
you should indulge on occasion, dont over do it. if you completely stop eating all sweets, burgers, etc. then you are more likely to have a midnight bidging. and over eat. its just not good. buy minature candy bars if thats what you like. they have snak pak things. just use everyhting in moderation. it will help you more than yu know.
Throw all the junk food away in your house and replace it with healthy food. Then if you're hungry you'll have a handful of raw almonds and a piece of fruit, and you'll lose weight.
you don;t have to stop eating it but it is obvioius your body does not like it when you feed it junk.
maybe if you work it more slowly and evenly into your diet and only little bits at a time.
your lucky because it sounds like your one of those people who can have a little bit of junk food and not go back for wanting more more more

The best way to stop eating junk is to get rid of it. Get it out of your house and out of your accessed areas. Doing this will make you less likely to eat bad foods. I must admit that eating a chocolate bar or chips really makes your stomach feel bad. It's because there are things in those types of foods that aren't meant to be in our bodies. Once in a while you can enjoy some chips or chocolate bars, but not all of the time.
