when i was a kid my mom made it using green tea powder at a chinese market and vanilla ice cream...i know thats not what you are looking for but i tried.

i know this isn't a great deal of help, but i get it at a sushi bar where i live. i'm sure you probably have a sushi bar in columbus, you might give them a whirl!!
