Why do people eat breakfast so late in the morning?!

Question: like at 10:30 or 12:30?

Answers: like at 10:30 or 12:30?

Probably because most people wake up late. Even if they wake up early they may only have time for a banana or something. Then the time that they have time to eat a full breakfast then it is around 10:00 to 10:30!

It is either because they don't want to get up early or they don't want to eat breakfast and lunch so they eat breakfast late and skip lunch.

I go to work at 6 am and im not a fan of eating ot talking that early i have to force something down witch doesnt feel good so alot of times I wait till about 10 when I feel hungry

may be their habitt of eating late is being developed thats y

First off that late in the am it's no longer Breakfast ...it's known as "Brunch" .Some people are not hungry in the early morning hours while others only want to eat twice a day there fore...........brunch & dinner

It's based on your schedule. Everyone has different morning situations.

However, the ideal schedule is to eat breakfast around 7:30-8:00, have a mid morning snack around 10:30, eat lunch at noon, have an afternoon snack at 3:30, eat dinner around 6:00, you can have a light snack after dinner however you should close your kitchen at 6:30.

This is the ideal schedule for keeping your metabolism working correctly to maintain or even lose weight.

I only eat when I'm hungry. So I get up at 6 a.m. (eating then makes me sick), and have breakfast around 10:30, then "lunch" at around 2:30, and dinner around 6. It's worked great for my metabolism.

what difference can it make
I like pancakes and eggs for dinner often
and I also like chili beans at breakfast on the weekends..
what does time have to do what we like..
would you turn down down Lobster right now..

because I can call it brunch and not have to cook Breakfast and Lunch, I can get away with only cooking once before dinner!

You break the fast(breakfast) no matter what time the fast(sleep) is over and you get up.

i drink 2 cups of coffee and that my breakfast
