After eating anything salted, my tongue feels weird.?!

Question: Every time I eat anything that is salted, ex - Cashews,Peanuts, ETC. My tongue usually feels dry the next day. I find it really irritating because I can't taste things that well until the dry feeling goes away. Any thoughts or suggestions?

It means that you have temporarily desensitized your tongue from perhaps ingesting too much salt. Drink some milk, have some ice cream, give it a short while and the weird feelings will go away. Next time, don't eat so much salted stuff, it's not good for your health (besides your tongue!).

allergies? u might be allergic

Drink some water when you feel like that.

you should try eating something sour like A LIME with salt that helped me or you can try something spices like a pepper or something (i justed at chips)

You might be allergic to it, consult your doctor..

These Pretzels ! are making me thirsty !

Does this happen if you eat crisps or salted biscuits
if not then maybe as a previous answerer has said you
may be allergic to nuts.or it could be something to do with the salt
