Sea Salt vs. Table Salt

Yes, a much better taste and natural. Not quite as salty.

I think it has lower sodium

I use sea salt and Kosher salt for most of my cooking

Tablesalt is the end product of all salts, you better of with kosher salt, sea salt or clay salt

Salt is salt. Sea salt generally contains a few other trace minerals vs. mined salt. Whether or not you can taste a difference is debatable. Most of the difference is usually in the size of the salt grain - courser vs. finer.

Sea salt is wonderful!

Contrary to popular belief, sea salt tastes much better and it isn't as salty as table salt.

I think that sea salt tastes a lot better, it has a better flavor to it. Let me put it to you this way, have you ever been to a sit down restaurant and ordered a baked potato? Have you ever noticed the salt that they put on the outside of the baked potato that is so yummy. Well that is sea salt.

Sea salt have to be "cooked" while table salt can be used instantly
