Answers: all i've had today was a grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, soy chocolate milk, and 2 dill pickles.
6 cups of coffee and 6 butter tarts spread out between 3 sittings. MERRY CHRISTMAS
maccas for brekky / pancakes, Hashbrown, sasauge and egg mc muffin and OJ
pizza and garlic bread with solo i dont think america has solo? its just like lemon squash
and i havnt had dinner yet because im an aussie and its 4 - 40

mid morning snack...macadamia nuts, H20
lunch...chicken salad sandwich on rye, 1 pickle, 1 pear, berry propel
mid afternoon snack...banana with peanut butter, H20
dinner...seared tuna with grilled veggies and rice pilaf, mixed greens salad, 1 glass of red wine
now...grapes!
2 chocolate croissants, coffee and milk...
2 pizza slices, 1 can 7UP, 1 banana...
2 homemade almond cookies and milk
Linguine pasta with shrimp and vegetables (primavera style), one orange.....I think I'm gonna have one Lindt chocolate before going to bed....

BREAKFAST: i had ahi ahi tuna mixed with organic bell peppers and hormone-free cheese in my omelet, strawberry crepes with home made fresh whipped cream, a cup of granola cereal, and a mug of Boston's Own Morning Tea.
LUNCH: baked beans, corn bread, and a slice of cheese pie...also, hibiscus tea to drink
AFTERNOON SNACK: string cheese and grapes
DINNER: baked potato with all the "fixins", steamed broccoli with home made butter melted on top, slice of fresh baked french bread, fillet mignon, and for dessert, creme brulee.
to drink, i had 1 glass of filtered mountain spring water, 1 glass of Wesley Hills Chardonnay, and 1 cup of decaf coffee.
EVENING SNACK: cheese crisps with cream cheese spread on them and home made bacon bits on top. i will be having a mug of home-brewed chamomile tea to go with it, which makes me extra sleepy!
breakfast: thosai (indian pancakes)
Lunch : nil/black coffee
dinner: chicken briyani (indian rice with raisins/nuts/etc with spicy thick chicken gravy)
I am like a python - few but big meals which is not as healthy as more but smaller meals :P
