I go through phases when I really want coffee and when that happens I can take out a (flavored) pot in a few hours. otherwise I don't really think of it and will have a cup once a week or every other. Plus Caffeine doesn't do anything for me unless it is in super quantity like pills so I don't gravitate towards it like alot of people I know who "need" it to wake up in the AM.

( FYI - Try a 12 - 14 oz cup of ICEY water when you wake up - it works great and there is nothing wrong with it!)

One cup a day is fine. tb

1 cup in the morning - before I brush my teeth! I love coffee but hate the coffee-breath! lol! Plus, I just don't like the thought of drinking it all day - most days, that's the only caffeine I have! I can't understand the people who drink it all day long...ugh!

I just really don't like the taste so I don't drink it

aww thats unfortunate...a cup of coffee is soo satisfying!
i have coffee every morning at work and on the weekends for breakfast with something to read. Sometimes i go to starbucks or a diff coffeeshop and sit down with some coffee in the afternoon. So 1-2 a day.

1 mug a day does it for me.
I used to drink like 4 or 5 cups a day during the week but then on weekends would not have any and suffer terrible headaches (caffeine withdrawal).

I usually have 1 cup per day in the morning. If it gets really cold at night, I might make some for my husband and me, but normally only 1 cup per day. I LLLLOOOOVVVVEEEE coffe, love the smell of coffee, love to look at coffee. But I need just 1 cup a day.

I have 2 cups in the morning. I don't buy into the starbucks, etc. hype.

I drink several cups every morning and no more through the day.
