Apple crump and custard. My mother saw it on a television programme not so long ago, and started making it. By heavens, it's fabulous. It's half way between apple crumble and eve's pudding.
Here's the recipe. http://www.itv.com/Lifestyle/BritainsBes...
Special occasion like anniversary, I will have mine ON. *winks
There is always at least one kind of cookie or fruit cake here. Depending on how many family arrive, what the mood is, we might make a buche de noel. We keep it simple. As we are a multi nationality family, its never the same, which keeps it fun. We might have something from nepal one night, france or italy the next, ireland the next, spain after. This opens the doors for something off the beaten track from the usual egg nog and rafters.
I really love hot apple pie, wasrm custard and ice cream. It all melts in to each other and it heaven although i do not have it too often as i have gained a lot of weight (3 stone) in the past three years but i hope to start a healthy life style again in the new year!
I like Jam Roly Poly and homemade malteser cheese cake mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Hi Blue, My favourite pudding is, apple crumble with custard.very delicious dessert.
Don't often have one, but when I do it's gotta be something covered in chocolate sauce and cream... yummm. xox
I'm more of a savoury person and would rather have another starter or an extra helping of my main course than a pudding. The only time we do have it is when my mum makes soup and we have rice pudding or on a special occasion. My favourite dessert is something nice and light ie fruit salad, sorbet, etc as it 'cleanses the palate' and slides down easier!!
