Old glass jars?!


Question: bought a house a few months ago found some old jars but cant find any place on the internet to help me. i would like to know dates and value and things like that. im not looking to make quick cash just curious about my finds. one is a jfg penut butter glass container rather large. and a tropicallo grape juice jar no label on the writing is on the jar in red lettering and a really pretty green, looks like wine jug with a cork. any help would be interesting.

can u get in contact with the previous house owners?

If not, any antique shops in the area? They might be able to give you an idea. Also try older neigbhours in the area. Even if they didn't know the previous owners, they might've had some of them as well.

Seniors love to talk about the past. So if you know of any, you might want to ask them. Seniors are an excellent source of historic information.

You could also try the local library, and looking up antiques. Try finding something similar to yours. It will at least give you an idea of the era.

I'm sorry but they don't sound that old by your description. Maybe circa 1960's
