Try the farmers market, because they specialize in fruits, veggies, seafood, and everything else you could want from other countries in one location. I know there is one in Scottsdale, Ga. You could try and find one where you live.
There are several sites that sell caspian sea beluga. But are you SURE you want a whole kilogram? That would be over 4 pounds. 2 ounces runs between $250 and $300, so a whole kilogram would run you many thousands of dollars.
Without knowing where you live, I can't suggest a site. It's prohibited for interstate trade in the US, so you can only buy from a place located in the state where you want it delivered.
