6. Hire a Private Investigator!
7. Ask everyone you know, and some people you don't.
8. Invite everyone round to a large party and then look for her there.
9. E-mail her and tell her you have a winning lottery ticket!
10. Skulk down dark alleyways and jump out at people until you find her.
Number 6 and 9 could be quite expensive. Number 10 is pretty risky as you could be arested. I suggest 8 but just make sure you invite me!
