Does panera offer insurance and how many hours minimum would you have to work?!

Yes if you work a minimum of 6 months. Also you have to work 25 hours or more.

I worked for Panera as an overnight baker, and no, they dont offer insurance to staff, unless you are a manager. Hope this helps.
