Should i have tuna or salmon for dinner? cant decide!?!


Question: well it depends on how you are preparing it. if it is a fillet. then defiantly salmon, get some lemon pepper on it, with some chopped up potatoes, and onions and carrots, and wrap all up in tin foil and put it in the oven mm mm. so good.

what i think is yuck!... eat mcdonalds everything there i go but if you dont like eating there i would say tuna ...

neither, fish are our friends not food :)

They're both high in Omega3 oils, so it's a draw on what's healthier. My own personal preference would be salmon. Broiled fillet with lots of fresh lemon and a little tartar sauce.

if you are getting steaks I would go with the tuna. Salmon is good too but flete is who I would go with Salmon. As long as you don't eat tuna out of the can i say you can't lose with either.
