they are high in vitamin c, keeps your resistance to sickness. they are also high in fiber that helps cleanse your body from toxins. besides, they are naturally sweet and low on calories.

Ripe red and yellow apples are good for people with food intolerance (eg ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, depression, insomnia, etc) as are ripe pears. Apples also contain a kind of fibre (soluble) that helps to prevent heart disease.
I wouldn't eat the other ones, as I'm allergic/intolerant to them.
