Oh yeah I have had alligator before,... its a little tough but I actually like it. The strangest thing would have to be fried frog legs. Its like chicken but softer.

Camel tongue in Israel

starfruit hahaha
i wish i was a bit more experimental though : )

A snake. I ate the skin and meat deep fried. I drank the bile with a shot of liquor.

Cuchifrito, a sort of soul food in NY (Dominican? Peurto Rican?).
I ordered a plate.
On it was blood sausage
pig liver
pig tongue
pig ear
The tongue was the best
The liver made me gag

The natives were laughing, not even they ordered it.
They claim the sausage to be an aphrodisiac ;)

balut

Cured (raw) moose in Norway. Actually, I liked it. It was just very different than anything I had ever eaten.

Well, I eat kangaroo, which tastes pretty feral, but it's so healthy (very low fat)... and they have to cull the kangaroos anyway (for environmental reasons) so we may as well eat them. (It's also fairly cheap here in Australia, now that it is available in Woolworths.)

The strangest fruit I've eaten is Jaboticaba. It looks a bit like a black grape once it's been picked, but when on the tree it grow straight against the trunk! (not on branches!) It looks pretty funny. But I've got to say, it is the most heavenly fruit I have ever tasted. If you eat the seed as well, it tastes kind of like eucalyptus.

Wild boar <*-*>

"fish roe"
icudn stand d idea of eatin millions of tiny li'l fish eggs all in one go... n it also luks vry funny (fr those of u hv seen it).. my sis kinda forced me to try it once, n suprisingly it was pretty gud.. it wus nice BUT still d stangest thing i'v ever eaten...
