At what price would you stop buying lattes, or your favorite Starbuck-type drink?!
Answers: There is no fixed price on good coffee, never has been.
My Venti Java Chip Frapp ( no whip cream ) is 5.25$ canadian. If it went up at all, I wouldn't buy it anymore. As it is, I only buy them MAYBE once a week.
haha at no price!! im so addicted. but prob if it exceeded $15
1 cent is too much for that junk
Tim Hortons will always be my coffee,. I'm over in the UK right now and just dying for Tim Hortons.. They have greattt prices as well! Starbucks is gross, and twice as much as Tim's..I only do Starbucks or any other specialty coffee when desperate.. Except at this one place in a little town just outside of Toronto, Ont, just because thye have a great atmosphere.
i will draw the limit at $6.99, and that is when im on vacation in a tourist trap. $5.99 for local shops.
I already have, I stopped at $3.00.
At over $5 now for a Starbucks Latte, this becomes an expensive habit. If you buy one fix per day, that's over $1500/yr.
Hey, but we all love the daily coffee ritual, right? Try your own setup at home and learn to make your own espresso, latte, and cappuccinos. It's fun, and will save you money too.
Chances are, you can make a better latte yourself anyway.
For under $500, you can get setup with a good enough espresso machine and get started. OK, you'll need a burr grinder to get the grind right, but you can still do both the starter espresso machine and a burr grinder for under $500.
Check out http://gourmet-coffee-zone.com/espresso.... and http://gourmet-coffee-zone.com/coffee-re... for some ideas.
Then figure out what you want to do with the $1000 left over that you going to save .....

I would definitely stop at 5 bucks for a grande. Too bad Starbucks doesnt realize that the average person will reach a breaking point and then they will lose all their business.
