Which European country has the best fish dish?!
Answers: I'm an Asian.Please tell me the country and name of dish.
UK - kippers (smoked herring), served with scrambled eggs.
Also grilled trout and salmon (from Scotland). Rollmops (pickled herring) from Sweden are also great. Spanish seafood paella is to die for.
Now I have to go and eat - stomach rumbling!
