My friend has just returned from Thailand and ha ate fried cockroach!?!

Question: Apparently you break off the wings and use them to scoop out the so called flesh. I've eaten snails,snake and guinea pig but I could never do roaches. What if any horrendous sounding 'food' have you eaten and was it good/

ew, I wouldn't do roaches. I've had crickets and a bee, both fried and chocolate coated. They were yummers!
