Can you freeze left over canned bamboo?!

Question: I never finish a can of bamboo in one meal and it often goes into my fridge where it remains for a few months until I throw it out... Is it possible to freeze it instead of fridge it?

I don't see why not. It will certainly last longer than in the fridge, but don't expect the taste and texture to be quite the same after being frozen.
