Answers: I love cheese. My very favorite is Jarlsberg, mainly because my mom gave me Jarlsberg to eat when I was little, so now its flavor and texture remind me of my childhood.

velveeta is the cheese of my youth, but I love Norwegian cheeses because they were around during Christmas. gjetost and nokkelost mostly.

Because it's the best one for crackers, has a tasty flavour, is similar to cheddar and not too unusual.

Very nutty, and smooth cheese. It's great with a pinot noir...if you are a red wine person (or old enough to drink).
