Unfortunately, the things that give our food flavor are bad for us; fat, sugar, salt, all give food flavor, remove these things from a diet that is used to high fructose corn syrup and high fat content food, it won't taste good, that's all there is to it! I hear you can get used to it, like changing from Pepsi to diet Pepsi, it tastes yucky at first, then you get used to it and have a regular Pepsi again, and it tastes way too thick and sweet. Your body will thank you even if your taste buds tell you that you suck! : )

Duh, they're reduced fat.

wht do you think gives it the flavor? the fat!!! reduced fat cheese aint gonna make you healthier anyways! o well.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

They are drier, that is, less greasy, that is, they have less fat. Fat tastes good and produces a full feeling, it's why humans like to eat it.

You could have a smaller portion of the real Cheez-It, that's what I do.

Have you tried Cheez-It crunched up in soup? Yummy.
