What is the best way to train for a pie-eating contest?!
Any tips on eating pies with no hands?
Thanks.
Answers: Should I practice by eating a lot of pies, or fast for a few days before the contest so I am starving hungry and will be able to eat a lot?

Practice practice practice, but not necessarily with pies.
Train by eating a large amount of food in a very short span of time, and drink lots & lots of water.
As for the eating with no hands, just get your face in there and chew.
I'd eat lots of pies to expand your stomach to train for it.
Find a way to block your nose so pie doesn't get in it. That'll ruin ya for sure in a pie eating contest.
You should study for it, along with train. I mean like know what flavor pies your going to eat and get used to them. Know the quantity and weight. Eat more than usual and on the big day, look at plenty of pictures of pie to get your hunger to rise.
We just had a pie eating contest here in our town last summer, and some of the best competetive eaters in the country were there. They said pies were the hardest thing they had eaten competitively. You should tie back your hair, put hands behind back, or learn to hold your breath for a long time. Practice on berry pies first, and eat the crust first. Go to the competetive eating sites and maybe get some tips from them.
