What exactly is mutton?!
Answers: I've heard of it but have no idea what it is. Can somebody please tell me?
A sexually mature sheep is mutton. The meat gains a strong gamy flavor and smell after that age. and can no longer be sold as Lamb. It makes great sausage, stew or chop-meat
