We'll be having quesadillas here real soon, all you need is tortillas & cheese, Onions, Green peppers, Sour cream, refried beans and salsa are all optional. Which we will be opting for.

Pineapple/any fruit, crackers, macaroni and cheese, a wrap with cold cuts, veggie chips, spagetti, etc. none of those foods are fattening.

Try apple slices with cheese slices or peanutbutter. You could also try a toasted english muffin with peanutbutter, honey, and bananas. Something also you could try is a smoothie with low fat yogurt, any fruit or berries, and some fresh juice. I like veggie sticks in a low fat dip as well. Hope i could help!
