all fowl

it adds flavour & keeps the turkey bastead.......................... happy x-mas

Use smoked bacon and it adds a flavour and also stops the turkey from drying out when cooked. The bacon acts as a coat to keep the flavours and moisten the meat. You should still baste it every half hour to keep the turkey from drying out too much. It also helps with even cooking.
Have a happy and blessed Christmas.

No, bacon wrapped around sausages tho thats nice.

To keep the breast moist if you cook the turkey upside down this will also stop it from drying out apparently
