What kind of emergency food do you always keep in your house?!

Question: Im wondering what kind of foods you try to always have stock of in your home. Not neccesarily in case of a world emergency but more like foods you always have in case you run out of real fresh stuff. Example: i keep sticky rice, canned chicken broth, vacuum sealed gnocchi, frozen burritos, pork & veg. dumplings. These all are either frozen or packaged to retain freshness for extensive periods of time.
