Does anyone eat veal parmesan cutlets in this manner?!

Question: When I buy frozen veal parmesan cutlets from the supermarket, sometimes I bake them in the oven, spread some spaghetti sauce and a slice of cheese on top, and eat it in a hamburger bun (sometimes with some lettuce underneath the cutlet).

I'm guessing most people normally eat them veal parmesan as a main course with pasta? So does that sound weird?

It's not weird at all. Restaurants around here serve veal parmesan sandwiches made the way you describe. The only reason I don't make them that way at home is that I never have any leftover from making it with the side of pasta!

No, doesn't sound weird. I've worked at lots of restaurants that serve chicken parm sandwiches done the same way.

Not weird at all -
Burger King - years ago used to make a chicken parmesean sandwich - so why not veal

although I dont think I could get into having lettuce on it.. just my $.02
