IDK..
I'm also turning 13 soon.
I take ballet, karate, run a lot(=
Love runningggg.
Play basketball during lunch time,
whereas other students eat lunch.
And I don't eat breakfast either.
No snacks, not fond of them.
Some dinner, not much.
Damn, I don't eat, huh? HAHAHA.
Well, yea.
Just don't go anny, again. Gay as hell.
When you have food, eat it.
Some people are starvingggg.
Remember that?
You wanna suffer?

i believe that you can eat sort of a lot as long as you can work it off. usually running the key. if your not fond of running, eat less.

fast food.

check out my question on mc.d's!!!!
hahahahhah

im 18 so.. hahahaha.
eat meat. yo.

I'm on a seefood diet.

When i see food, i eat. ^_^

Seriously, anything but if it's not healthy, I'll just take a bite or two just to kill off my hunger. I lift weight and try to eat healthy but sometimes it's not possible.

It's all about metabolism.

I eat fast food and drink beer all the time, but I stay active so I my weight stays the same. My sister will eat a Snickers bar and gain 4 lbs. Everybody is different and you must understand the totality of that what that actually means.

Some people need to exercise more than others to maintain the same weight. It's not fair, but is a medical fact. Find your right balance between what you like to eat and how much exercise and activity you can fit into your day. You don't have to go on DIETS.

A lot of people will stress over their image and this in of itself can cause changes in your body's metabolism. And eating vegetables all the time is good for you, etc, but people forget that mental health is just as important too. What's the point in being thin if you're miserable? Just make a lifestyle choice and be sure you are comfortable with it. Any choice you make sure it is natural to your everyday routine, meaning something you don't even have to think about. The most important thing is maintaining a healthy balance between your physical health and your mental health. Poor physical health can cause poor mental health--and it works the other way around too. Never underestimate what you are capable of. Ever.

If you would like to eat more, you have to do some thing extra to kill some thing extra, like over eating , over eating is not a problem according to my opnion on the other hand to spend over. you have to do some over workout.
