Is food from China safe? Like microwave popcorn?!

Question: My boyfriend brought some microwave popcorn to me that his church was giving away. Orville Redenbacher butter flavor. All the words on the box and bags are written in Chinese. I am eating a bag right now as I type and I don't feel any different - yet. Is is safe for me to eat this? I've only eaten one bag and your responses will determine if I eat any more.

um...yes? If it wasn't wouldn't there be a whole lot of people in China dying every day from food poisoning? I've eaten Chinese food all my life and I feel better than if I were out there eating McDonald's or Burger King. I'm pretty sure I'll live longer for it too.
