Is there something special you eat at Christmas, and look forward to all year?!

Question: It's the only time of the year that I make Salmon Gravlax - it's salmon that's cured in a mix of citrus juices, kosher salt, and fresh herbs. It takes 2 days for it to cure, and then it's lightly frozen so that it can be sliced very thinly. I serve it with crackers and a lemon caper mayo - everyone always loves it, but I only make it at the Holidays!

Grandmas' X-mas Jello. It is the best. Has grapes, and walnuts, cream cheese, cherries, YUM!!!

Not really, besides the cookies and candies I make. Christmas dinner is really a rehash of Thanksgiving, which I love. Christmas Eve dinner is at my parents and they make Stoufers lasagna...I MUCh prefer to make my own but they insist we have this.

i look forward to the turkey, stuffing, deserts.

its always my favourite roasted turkey. i get to eat turkey only once in a year and this is the only food i look forward when its xmas.
