I think the red ones tend to be bigger in size, and sweeter in taste...
I don't know what difference you're looking for but besides the green ones are usually seedless, it's easier to tell if the green ones are sweet before you eat them.
Red grapes taste sweeter and aren't as sour as green grapes are!
