absolutely. they are free of chemicals and pesticides that are extremely harmful. I only eat organic foods and have for almost a year now, all i can tell you is i feel great and i would never go back.

Simple-yes. Organic-if proven to be organic is no chemicals other than thse naturally occurring in the food in question - pesticides, e numbers, additives etc. that essentially damage your health by overloading you with stuff not only do you not NEED, but never realised were in there to begin with! At present Organic is pricey, but as market becomes more informed, it's the way most things will go to stay competitive.
As for you-the positive mental attitude you derive from such a change is entirely in YOUR hands - or mind! Making the choice and sticking with it will be reward enough in itself!
Hope this helps!

Putting less chemicals in your body only makes sense, there are many reasons for this.....firstly the less work your body has to do detoxifying itself of all the nasty things we put into it the better off you are and yes will feel.
I try to buy organic and grow what I can myself.
It is my opinion that all the unnatural fertilizers and pesticides are doing nothing but harm to all living things including the balance of nature.....oops sorry got off topic a bit........
In any event what could possibly be bad about keeping as many chemicals out of our bodies as possible, this includes what we breath as well as what we eat and absorb via our skin.
So absolutely yes organic is unquestionably better for your body............it is impossible for it not to be :)

Putting less toxins in your body, and encouraging farmers, ranchers, and food processors to use less chemicals can only be a good thing. Whether you feel an improvement or not. For some it may be subtle, for others pronounced.
