Who's found they've got way too much xmas meat leftover...?!

Of, course, we all have leftovers...actually they are planned in our house. Most of it is frozen for January meals i.e. pot pies, open face sandwiches with lots of mashed potatoes & gravy and peas or beans. Must have that pot of turkey soup from the carcass.

Can't be without the leftover Ham & Beef either. A ton of great meals for next month. The likes of casserols and Shephard's pie and Hot Beef sandwiches.
