Are you tired of Christmas leftover turkey yet, I'm freezing the rest of ours?!
Slice or pick your turkey into bite size pieces. Use a deep baking dish. Butter it. Crumble some of the stuffing in the bottom put on a layer of turkey and coat with gravy. Keep layering until you reach the top. Cover lightly with foil and bake for 1/2 hr. on 350 then remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 to 30 min. depending on how dark you want it.
It's easy. And it's very tasty. You can even put these together and freeze them ahead of time. If frozen, adjust your cooking time.
Answers: One of my favorite recipes when I was still a meat eater was made from the leftovers of turkey, stuffing and gravy.

Use a stud gun and blast the wrecked thing! Thats what I did with my lefted over haggis,
No, since it's a once a year dish, worth to keep and finish it.
Instead of freezing, you can make a healthy salad and throw some turkey in it. If you're not into the salad, put the turkey into a turkey soup. Instead of chicken soup with noodles, throw the turkey in it with some celery and carrots. It'll be really good plus healthy.
