Easy to digest foods?!
Answers: I would like a list if possible of easy to digest foods...also do you have some bland food recipes? I have been all over the internet trying to locate this information, but have not been able to locate it. Thanks in advance.
Scrambled eggs and yogurt would be a good place to start. You could try making congee (sample recipes at http://chinesefood.about.com/od/breakfas... -- you can leave out the additions like scallions, etc.). I found tips for people with IBS at http://www.ctds.info/ibs_diet.html and http://www.helpforibs.com/diet/-- that might be of some help to you.
All fruit, potatoes, rice and crackers are all good.
Stay away from anything processed or fatty.
Some of the easiest to digest foods are
yogurt/yogurt drinks
protein shakes/ meal replacement shakes
egg beaters
Make a smoothie with
1/2 Cup milk
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbs vanilla extract
6 ice cubes
blend until smooth
