I also had oatmeal its very good for you and a good sorce of calicum.

I had leftover potato salad and then some strawberries.....

Did have: Warm rice porridge with plum soup.

2 grilled ham and cheese. They were awesome.

pancakes + maple syrup; omelette. Some Canadian bacon

Getting ready to have sausage & biscuits

boiled egg, soldiers and marmite, followed by another slice of bread with brie and caraway seeds!

I had a protein shake made with juice &/or milk, yogurt, Omega 3 oil, Phyllium powder, protein powder, and frozen fruit. Yummy and so good for you.

I,ve had a Golden Delicious Apple and Coffee.That will be it until lunch for me.

Cheese muffin and coffee.. <*-*>

eggplant parmagana and collard greens; about to top it off with some chocolate, chocolate cake.
