Make your purchase based upon your personal needs, and only the discount cookware sets you will use on a regular basis.

As we know, you will not use large pieces if you are cooking for just two. But, that may be the case if you have a large family. Be sure and buy good quality merchandise.

If you go this route you may spend a little more, but owning cookware with a lifetime guarantee means there are no questions about being able to replace it.

Be sure and check consumer reports for the better brands. Most of all, don’t forget to purchase a wall pot rack to hang them on. This will give you easy access, and saves a lot of cabinet space.

Hope this has been of some help.

Ok if you like stainless steel, get a thick 20/10 pan or a 18/10 is fine. dont get 20/8 or 18/8 its not thick enough. Stainless steel isnt good at cooking than it is boiling. Copper pans offset colors of eggs and meat, but its good at heating but not good at maintaining. Teflon stainless steel pans are the worst of the culinary world, its used to make pancakes and eggs but anything else is bad. Cast-iron pans are the wonders of culinary world. Its good at maintaining and heating food. Plus it doesn't burn the pan and is dense so it holds food. Check if the pan is rough and aionized. Dont get cast iron pans that have teflon ( slick and smooth) its not oven compatible.

this is tough!!!!
Set are the bargan,,, but you may only get say,,, 2 pots and one fry pan THAT you will "really" use And the lids may not fit on the fry pan???
Of late I have bought only two 8in fry pans 'teflon '
