What is the inside of an olive made of?!

Question: I was just having a b-party and my friend ask if anyone wanted an olive with there sandwich. I walked over to her and the first thing I looked at, was the inside. It made me gag. So if anyone is a chef, please help!

I assume you mean green olives with the red thing inside. The red thing is a type of pepper called a pimento. It is not spicy but very mild flavored and goes great with the salty flavor of the olive. Otherwise, the only thing I can think of that is on the inside of an olive is the pit. Which is of course the seed of an olive tree.

its either pimento or some are stuffed with a garlic cheese

it is actually a piminto bean...look it up for ur self if u don't believe me

Some olives are stuffed with pimientos; (a pepper), almonds, cheese, onions, or garlic. If it was not stuffed with any thing an olive is just an olive.
